Ruffin of the State of Indiana County of Johnson, and Mary Ann Price of the State of Indiana and the County of Morgan were by me united together in Holy Matrimony on the 6th day of September in the Year of our Lourd One Thousand Eight Hundred and Sixty in the presence of relatives Rev John W. Ragsdale.

Bible record: William G. Ruffin and Mary Ann Ruffin joined the Babbtist(sic) Church Feb 1871 and wer (sic) Babtized(sic) March 1871 by Rev. J.S. Barr. (This was probably Hickory Point Baptist Church which was next to the cemetery) The Hickory Point Cemetery is located in Elk Fork Township, Pettis Co, MO in countryside near Green Ridge, MO.
Mintie Ruffin and John Gum were married 20 March 1861.
John Gum died 25 June 1882.
This Mintie Ruffin is believed to be William Gray Ruffin's sister.
