I am a descendant of Malachi Odom through his son, Randol and his son, Richmond Nolley Odom.
Richmond had a son named Lemuel Abbott Odom who had a wonderful career in social service organizations including the Salvation Army and the Volunteers of America.
We have much informatiofon on Lem Odom through his letters and his book, "Fifty Years of Rescue Work." (See my website for further information:http://chousmith.tripod.com)
Unfortunately, we have not been able to correspond with any of his direct descendants. We believe all of his children are dead, but many of his grandchildren and great-grandchildren should be alive.
