We have had the pleasure and sometimes heartache, of living with  some of natures most precious gifts.  Over some 40 odd years or more.   We have taken in, found, bought, adopted, been adopted by, and rescued from the shelter, some  26 odd cats.  Some with an emphasis on ODD.  Here are just a few of the many "Friends" who have shared their life and love with us.

    This is Nicky and Andy.  It took both of these guys to replace my Mikey, who died of cancer at the age of 14.  Mike was a visitor.  We adopted his brother Garfield from a lady who worked for the local Humane Society.  I fell off of an 18 foot roof while at work, and was not allowed to move very much.  My daughters brought "Mike" home to visit his brother Garfield.  Well Mike just crawled up in my arms and slept on my chest.  Mike never left my side except to eat and  he never went back to the shelter.  He was my best friend until the day he died.  Here are two pictures of Mike.  My grandson Brian and Mike 1988.  If you take a nap Mike was always willing to keep you company.   Mike liked to drink from the sink.  The big handsome black fellow is Pooh Bear.

    Nicky  likes to help Norene play the organ.  He isn't too good at it yet but it takes a lot of practice.  He has learned how to turn it on in the middle of the night and scare the heck out of everyone. I will put the cat pictures on two or more pages to speed up the loading.
