Healing for Pets
Animals, like humans, thrive on touch and respond to Reiki in the same way that a human being does. I am a big animal lover and would be more than happy to send Reiki to a pet. If your pet is in pain or in need of a speedy recovery, Reiki can help.
When I send Reiki energy to a pet, I lay my hands on them, and consciously send them healing energy. It is best for them to lie down. If they are small enough, I will hold them in my lap. Sometimes it is hard for an animal to sit still, and they might find Reiki to be an unusual experience at first. However, once they have received it a few times, they become much more receptive. Before long, they will be looking forward to their treatments. Because animals are so connected to the universal energy they usually heal at a fast rate.
