How much time does a treatment take to perform?
Reiki sessions are approximately 60 minutes long. A session for your pet is approximately 30 minutes long.
What should I expect during a treatment?
During a reiki session, the client lies down on a massage table fully clothed. I then lay my hands lightly on your body or about an inch above your body. I send energy healing to all of the major energy centers of the body, spending more time on areas that are blocked.
You will feel completely relaxed during a session, and it is not uncommon to fall asleep. You do not have to do anything except lie there and be open to the experience. Most people tell me that they feel very relaxed when the session is over. Be sure to drink plenty of water after a session, as this will help to eliminate any toxins from your system.
