Jesus Is Lord! The most important day in my life took place when I was nine years old. Our church, Trinity Protostant Church, in Glassboro had meetings for kids called Friday night meetings (guess when they were <grin>). It was after one of those meetings that Mrs. Uhl, Mrs. MacGibney and Mrs. Nash led me to meet Jesus as my savior! I thank God for those ladies and that church. I haven't always followed closely in His footsteps. I've strayed more than I like to think about. But I have to agree with the song that says something like "if you feel that God is far away, guess who moved." Thank God, that He is always there to welcome me with loving arms whenever I return from straying. It is much more fun and exciting to stay close to Him. I love to see Him at work in my life and in the lives of others.

I was able to go to Washington, DC for Stand In The Gap: A sacred assembly of men on October 4, 1997. I learned alot, prayed alot and came away with a new sense of what it means to be a man in the world today. God is an awsome God and I am humbled by the task of following Him and staying true to His Word.
