A Letter To My Vet

I know everytime I bring my animal in to see you that you are always very busy. The waiting room is always so full with people and their animals some serious concerns and some not so serious cases. It must be like this for you all the time.

At times we seem to become impatient with having to wait and even sometimes get a little short with you and your staff. We have questions and concerns many concerns that we feel we all must have answered now. I know it must really drive you crazy we all seem to expect the world from you and after all you are only human and we can't expect you to perform miracles.

But somehow you manage to take the time to answer all of our questions and see all of our animals. Many times you have made me feel so much better after taking the time with me to explain what is going on, why and what can be done about the situation. You are never rude or short with us and seem to treat each of our animals with the same care that you would treat our children with. After all they are our children.

So what I say to you now comes from my heart. Thank you for all that you do for our children. Although I may not always say this to you or show it I really appreciate all that you do. I appreciate the countless years you have spent learning how to make our children better. I appreciate the fact that you have choosen such a noble feild. I appreciate you taking the time to talk with me and answer my questions. I appreciate the times when you show us such compassion when we have to put our children to sleep when they are in such suffering.

So please remember what you do is appreciated and I TRUELY THANK YOU FOR WHAT YOU DO!!!!!

Signed, A Loving Pet Owner

VET RECOGNITION FORM

Recognized Vets

Lloyd Harris, D.V.M.

My last cat died because of what I felt was a vet's negligence. I was distrustful when I was looking for a new vet but found Dr. Harris and now I have faith again. He takes wonderful care of my kitties and is always patient, kind and gentle, although he's swamped!

Vikki M.

Raymond Visco, D.V.M.

My loyal companion, Canio is 13 years old and cannot travel comfortably to the vet's office any more. Dr. Visco comes to the house to visit and treat Canio. Thanks to Dr. Visco's excellent care, Canio is living longer and pain free. Thank you Dr. Visco.

Kent Rohrig, D.V.M.

Dr. Rohrig is able to handle my cat, Aowtu, with minimum trouble. If she tolerates him, he must be the best! Thank you, Dr. Rohrig, for saving little Miss Grumpy's life!

Dr. Teresa M. Long,D.V.M./Sunset Animal Hospital;Hollywood, Ca.

She is a very special vet & friend, who always understands the problems that my four special cats face, and the sacrifices I make to keep them happy & healthy. She always treats them with respect, and is willing to answer my questions whenever I have a problem with any of them. Without her, I don't think they would be alive, and therefore, neither would I.
