1. COLOROFE1 CULLURAFI

Notes for COLOROFE CULLURAFI:
This is a PRETEND ANCESTOR that I placed here in order to be able to show all of the Collorofe/Collorofi/Cullurafi families that were found in the census of Militello, San Piero Patti, Patti & Librizzi in 1681 and 1714. I do not know if Giac and Don Cullurafi are brothers. They could even be the same person since there are no wives or dates mentioned in the census of Militello, San Piero Patti, Patti or Librizzi!
Perhaps we will know more someday, or perhaps we will not. I did not want these early ancestors "lost in history" because I did not know how to correctly place them.

2. i.   DON2 CULLURAFI, b. Abt. 1590.
3. ii.   GIAC COLOROFE, b. Abt. 1620.
  iii.   FRANCINA COLLOROFE, b. San Piero Patti, Sicilia.
  Notes for FRANCINA COLLOROFE:
Franchina is found in the census of San Piero Patti for 1681. There is no other information given for her, as to age, parents, birthdate, etc. I have placed her here only so that we can know of her. I do not know if this is her family. We do not see her in the census of S.P.P. for 1714.

  iv.   VINCENZO COLLORAFI, b. San Piero Patti, Sicilia.
  Notes for VINCENZO COLLORAFI:
I have placed Vincenzo with this family so that he can be in our tree. I know nothing about him except that he was in the census of San Piero Patti in 1681 and not in 1714. We also have his signature. He must have been some sort of official for the census or town.

  v.   MERCUIRO COLOROFI, b. San Piero Patti, Sicilia.
  Notes for MERCUIRO COLOROFI:
We find mention of Mercuiro in the census of San Piero Patti in 1681. He is not there in 1714. I suspect that he is the same person mentioned as Mario Colorifi in the census of Patti in 1714,

  vi.   MARIO COLLORAFE, b. Patti, Sicilia.
  Notes for MARIO COLLORAFE:
We read of Mario Colorofi in the census of Patti in 1715. There are no members of our family mentioned in 1681. I suspect that this Mario is the same person as Mercuriro Collorofe that is in the San Piero Patti census for 1681. I have placed him with this family only in order to mention him in our tree. I do not know his real relationship since no parents are given. The actual page for his household listing is missing.
