Sandra is a flashy red classic tabby girl with beautiful deep color. She is from our eagerly anticipated litter out of CFA GRC, GRP, RW Avicats Orlando Furioso and CH Angtini Amaretto of Avicats. Sandra has excellent size, with a solid, muscular body. Her muzzle is long and square. We love her outgoing personality, and her purr is so loud it can be heard across the room. At Sandra's very first show, at just barely 4 months old, she won a Best of Breed and made the Allbreed Final. This was a nice surprise as the class of Maine Coon kittens was large and competitive, with many older kittens. Sandra also made kitten finals in TICA as well as CFA. As a CFA Champion, Sandra continued to have great success at shows, and was well on her way to becoming a Grand Champion; however, her show career had to be put on hold because of her raging hormones. We now co-own Sandra with Stephanie at Tropikoons (aka Coonoquan) Maine Coons, where Sandra went to be bred and where she has had her first litter. The sire is the lovely CFA GRC Mainesuspect Profiler of Tropikoons. Sandra had an incredibly large litter--9 kittens! Luckily she is a wonderful mom, too. The kittens are beautiful, and two of them have come back to live with us: Tropikoons Isabella of Avicats and Tropikoons Elisabetta of Avicats, both patched tabby and white girls.
