The West Family

Here is another elusive family. I know nothing of Jacob, and would appreciate any leads.

*1. Jacob West was b. ca. 1785, probably in Tennessee. He married Sallie Harlan d/o of Ellis Harlan and Catherine Kingfisher ca. 1808. They had seven dhildren.

2.A. Bluford West b. ca. 1810 Cherokee Nation East, McMinn County, Tenn. m. Nannie Alberty.

2.B. John W. West b. 29 Mar 1811 in the Cherokee Nation East, McMinn, Tenn., m. Ruth Fields.

2.C. Ellis West b. ca. 1812, Cherokee Nation East, McMinn, Tenn. M. Clara Buffington, 8 Jan 1846 Washington County, Ark.

2.D. Eliza West, b. 27 Dec 1813, Cherokee Nation East, McMinn, Tenn., m. Leroy Markham.

*2.E. Rosannah West b. ca. 1815, Cherokee Nation East, McMinn, Tenn., m. W. D. Nelson Rogers. For further information on this family visit the Rogers B.
