Welcome to my grandaughter's page..
We have been blessed with a perfect baby..
McKenzie, was born Sept. 23,1997.
In Independence, Missouri, at 10:28pm..She is 7lbs 7oz,
and 19 inches long..Beautiful auburn hair,
like her mommy..The mom and daddy are doing great
and are wonderful parents..Grandma and Papa are
so proud of our two kids..


UPDATE:) UPDATE:) October 20,1999:) :) Our Angel is 2 years old now. She is the beauty in my heart. She gives us so much joy. It has been a long time since I have written in here and so much has happen. McKenzie is now 2, she is wanting to learn all the time, good little things and the naughty things too. Like she picked up the word sh??, so her uncle will say the word and she will say NO BRETT, and then look out the corner of her eye and smile and say the word..The joy of being young again. She is now potty trained, it took about one week. She is trying to say her ABC's. Loving to learn new songs, and her favorite show to watch is Barney. The kids are looking into sending her to a daycare, which is sad for me, but is the best for her, because I am having seizure. I also have to get ready for her new brother or sister. When you ask McKenzie what mommy has in her belly, she says,"baby sister." I will get my film developed and have more pics of the angel on her soon.



UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE ~NEW PIC OF MCKENZIE IN DECEMBER OF 1997~McKenzie is 3 months old in this picture...:) :)

She isn't very happy here, her pants were full and she wanted to eat..Just wait until I get one with her beautiful smile..She smiles all the time, and she is beautiful no matter with or without a smile...:) God Bless Papa and Granny Sunshines Angel.


UPDATE! UPDATE!
McKenzie went for her two week check up today Oct. 16,1997..
My beautiful grandaughter now weights 8lbs and 8oz and
she is 21 inches long...Wow.....Mom and Daddy are great
parents, and are already teaching her so much..Still
waiting on more pics to be scanned to add to the page...:)
check back you'll get to see her grow.....

Oct.26,1997 McKenzie and mom went to the post office
after hours, heheh, and weight her and she in now 10 lbs 7
oz..hehe..She is smiling at us when we talk to her now
She knows different voices..Boy does she love her papa..Papa
thinks she is pretty special too...the joy of our life
Mom and daddy are great..waiting as always on scanning...

November 28,1997, My beautiful grandaughter went for her
2 month check up..All is well, she weights a whopping
12lbs 7oz, and is 23 3/4 inches, long. She is smiling at
us now and Knows our voice. She is so wonderful to be
around..Mom and Dad are doing great. Mom started school
which is real hard on her, but she is doing a great job..
Daddy started a new job, and he is working sometimes
10 to 12 hours..The family is doing great.Papa and I are
so proud of them, and can't tell them enough how much they
are loved..As you can see I still don't have the new pics
scanned but I'm hoping Santa will bring me my own scanner
and then you better watch out...More to come soon...oh yes one
other thing, McKenzie got her first shots, FOUR OF THEM,
two in both legs and thanks to God she did great...
