Please be an active participant in this quest. In the comming months I plan on bringing national attention to this travesty. My intentions are to get laws changed! The more people we can get involved the better the chances of accomplishing this goal.

I am just going to give you a bit of background. I was married for 10 years. I had three beautiful little girls whom I had a great relationship with. I have since been divorced for 3 years and have married a wonderful woman. I have been fighting for 3yrs to have the court ordered visitation I am suposed to have. I have delt with psychologist, lawyers, schools, and the Department of children and family services, hence this web page. I am tired of talking with these people and hearing, "I see this kind of thing everyday, and worse than your case.". I have asked several of them how they can sit back and take situations like this as Socially acceptable. They of course had no responce. A licensed psyc. told me the custodial parent is "manipulating the childrens minds" and I was told that I may have to step out of the kids life's until they are old enough to "make up thier own minds". I'm sorry if you accepted that, but I refuse.

Ladies and Gentlemen, I am just one person trying to achieve a goal. My goals are not made in such detail as this is just a start towards ideas. I am not controled by one groups view, and will not put you down for yours. I ask for your emails for simple reasons. Your ideas on, what we need to do, what kinda laws that would work for all or most of us, what we need to do proceed to get laws changed.

If a parent does not lose their rights in court the children cannot be used as pawns or harmed emotionally, and will have the right to have both biological parents. I am asking you to play an important role in getting laws changed through communication and numbers.

MISSION OF THIS SITE IS:

1. To bring National attention to our cause. 2. To get laws changed at Federal and State levels.

Fathers shall not lose their right to be a parent.
Even with all the current laws, some of us, alot of us,in just my area, are still enduring LOTS of problems.
