RESINS

I have had to split up these pages according to size:

Mini Resins - Larger Resins/In the Works

Mini resins have become my main interest in the model horse hobby.
I am proud to share them with you, and I hope you enjoy taking a look at my little herd!

"Lazize"
Chaney mini Arab mare painted a dapple sandy bay by Sarah Minkiewicz-Breunig. Absolutely a gorgeous little horse! (2002)
"Fool's Gold"
Smutty dapple palomino Dusty mini resin (Sonya Johnson) painted by Sarah Minkiewicz-Breunig, 1998. I am really excited to finally have a Sarah horse in the show string. They are hard to come by! Under his previous owner, he NAN qualified in halter four times as a Quarter Pony.
Hopefully, this success will continue! Thank you very much to
Wendy Galbreath for making this little guy possible for me.

"WBP Two Thumbs Up"
Artist's Proof chestnut tobiano WBP Top Hat 'n Tails mini resin by Chris Jolly, 2000. He is "#AP/52" and according to Chris there are only a couple APs. His coat pattern is after an Art Deco baby (includes subtle dapples!). He's just packed with all of Chris' typical details, right down to the checkerboard on his rump! This horse has shown well in halter for me, but has found his niche in performance doing first level dressage.
"PF Thimble"
Espresso (D'Arry Jone Frank) mini-resin #3/20 in dapple bay minimal white tobiano, 2000. The scan does not show his subtle dapples or mapping very well, but they are there! Photo courtesy of D'Arry.

"PF Inspiration"
Altoid (D'Arry Jone Frank) mini-resin #21/25 in a lightly dappled silver buckskin, 2000. He has a slightly repositioned head and neck, with the braided mane and loose tail.
"Thumbalina"
Thumb-scale HR Shetland mare painted by Sarah Minkiewicz-Breunig to a silver tovero with one blue eye! (1996)

"Rudy"
Chaney mini Welsh Cob Type C resin, painted to a golden chestnut tobiano Chincoteague/Welsh gelding by Sheri Rhodes, 1999. She paid great attention to detail.
"WBP Storm Warning"
WBP Mini Desi (Chris Jolly) mini-resin
painted a *wild* artist's choice dappled grulla splash overo, 2001.
Complete with a blue eye, this guy is exactly what I was hoping for!
I gave Chris free rein and said only
that I wanted something "different"...
This guy is really incredible up close;
his dapples are subtle but very nice.

"WBP Mach-A-Reina"
WBP La Reina B (Chris Jolly), Little Bit sized resin stock mare, artist's choice #33/50 in bay Appaloosa, 1996. Several times NAN qualified. This gal was a Christmas surprise for 1999!
She has a Top 10 in AR Appaloosas
at NAN 2000.
"Double Dare"
Dusty (Sonya Johnson), SM sized resin stock gelding, in bay Appaloosa by the talented Laurie Jo Jensen, 2001.
A great example of one of LJ's
awesome Appy paintjobs!
This handsome guy is for sale...
email me if interested!

"Party Favor"
Nellie Belle (Candace Liddy), Little Bit sized resin foal, painted by Kate Schick. (2000)
"Azale"
AA Mini Arabian foal (Donna Chaney), painted by Sheri Rhodes, 2000. "Azale" is Arabic for "eternity". At her debut show, "Azale" NANed in halter, took Res. Champion Gender, and went on to take an Overall Top 5 in her division!

"Silver Standard"
Custom Breyer SM Thoroughbred by Chris Jolly. Owns 15 NAN cards in halter!

"Celeste"
AA Mini Friesian Mare (Donna Chaney), painted by Sheri Rhodes, 2001. Sheri chose the color for this pretty mare, and I think it fits her very well!
"Milagro"
Libretto (Sarah Rose), painted by Tara Schreiber, 2001. Tara really did a knock-out job on this fella. He was a birthday gift from my parents, who conspired with Tara to keep him a surprise! Thanks, you guys!

"Clover"
HR thumb-scale foal painted by Sarah Minkiewicz-Breunig to an amazing blue roan tobiano. This tiny baby has mapping on all his pinto markings, detailed eyes, pinking on his white underbelly/elbow areas, even little painted veins!

**NOTE: I have altered these photos to help them more accurately represent each model's actual color.
However, they are still not completely realistic (most often, the photos scan in too red).
Please keep this in mind as you view these pics.**
