7. Mary T.⁵ Bertier (Claude Antoine⁴, Sébastien Timothée³, Claude², Bernard¹)⁽²⁹⁾ was born in Pennsylvania ABT 1800.⁽³⁰⁾

She married William Roy in Caroline county, Virginia, May 1, 1810.⁽³¹⁾ (Additional notes for William Roy⁽³²⁾) William died Bef May 1815.⁽³³⁾ He made a will in Caroline County, Virginia, March 25, 1815.⁽³⁴⁾

Mary was listed as the head of a family on the 1860 Census in Georgetown, Scott Co, Kentucky.⁽³⁵⁾

Mary T. Bertier and William Roy had the following child:

9 i. Charles Henry⁶ Roy⁽³⁶⁾ was born in probably Caroline county, Virginia Bef Mar 25, 1815.⁽³⁷⁾ Charles is designated in William Roy's will as his son. He married Sarah Jane Smith in Fayette County, Kentucky, September 27, 1831.⁽³⁸⁾ Sarah was born in Kentucky.
