Stanley LeFevre Krebs married (first) Anna Frantz on September 17, 1890 at First Reformed Church, Lancaster, PA. Stanley's father, Walter E. Krebs performed the ceremony, assisted by the local pastor. Four children:
Katharine (1891-1892). Buried in Mt.Carmel cemetery, Littlestown, PA
Stanley Walter (1896-1984) music composer
Anna Belle (ca. 1903- )
Josephine (ca. 1906- ) dance instructor

Stanley was pastor of St. Andrew's Reformed Church, Reading, PA 1890-1901. Stanley, Anna, and family moved to First Church, Greensburg, PA in 1901-1906. Then he took a series of secular positions and he ended up as a Chautauqua lecturer. He was a spell binding speaker. He met Marjorie Main in 1913 on the Chautauqua curcuit.

Some time in late 1920 or early 1921 Stanley and his first were divorced. In 1930 Anna was living in an apartment on Riverside Drive, NYC with son Stanley and daughter Josephine. Anna and Josephine had changed their names to Frantz, Anna's maiden name. (One of Marjorie Main's biographies described Stanley as a widower, but that was apparently incorrect.)
