On May 7, 1910, Art bought from Mr. Roberts, lots 5,6,7,and 8 in block 18 of Fisher's addition in Huron. He paid $460, and the instrument warranty deed was filed on April 15, 1910 in book 176, page 122.
He moved to Washington or Oregon for his health, and during WWII he moved to California where he cleaned airplane parts in gasoline.
An Arthur Sprague was found in California death records, but it is not known if it were he. An age of 72 was given which would be too old for that death date.
