Blanche's birth date was Jan. 1888 in the 1900 census, Jan. 14, 1887 in her obituary, and Charles Burke had Nov 4., 1887 in his records. She's only 21 in the 1910 census, which would also indicate 1888. I'm using the obituary birthdate as it seems the best compromise

Harry was a son of William J. McDevitt and Margaret Dunlavy. Thus he was a brother to Mary Ann who married Blanche's brother, John McGarry.
