I often get email asking for help using Paint Shop Pro and asking how to make the actual stationery file.
I made up a set of basic tutorials
for Paint Shop Pro that will get you at least comfortable with the program so
that you will feel able to experiment with it or follow the more advanced
tutorials. For links to other tutorial

I have also made a basic set of
directions to use Front Page Express to put together stationery files, and
directions on using the Stationery Wizard found in Outlook Express 5. Front Page Express is a lite version of
Front Page and is available for download from Microsoft as part of Internet
Explorer 4 and 5.
