Rear-End Assembly
The photos just didn't cut it during the rear-end assembly for me. I miss the clear drawings of the Tamiya manuals, but, oh-well. It has often been said that Tamiya has the best manual's in the business, and this is true. The Associated manual may take a close second, but the installation of the rear arms, and their direction was a puzzle to me. I had to tear apart the rear suspension three times to get it right. All in all, I have only one thing to say. That is, the flat part of the rear hub carriers is what bolts to the aluminum plate. I bolted mine in upside down, then thought I had just mounted the arms upside down, then later discovered that the tranny didn't fit. If you are unsure, match your tranny up before you bolt the swing arms in.
