Beef&Noodles
1- 1/2 pounds of beef stew meat(cut into pieces)
1 large can of beef broth
1 package of onion soup mix
seasoned salt
garlic salt
1 pound of noodles(uncooked)
Brown the meat a little and season with seasoned salt&garlic salt. After that's done put the meat,onion soup mix,and beef broth in crockpot.Cook on low for 8-10 hours. Add the noodles during the last 1/2 to 45 minutes of cooking time.
Ground Beef Nacho's
1 poung of lean ground beef
1 to 2 onions chopped
3 tablespoons of chili powder
2 teaspoons of seasoned salt
1 to 2 teaspoons of cumin
1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
Brown the ground beef and drain grease, add the other ingredients
and cook for 15 minutes.
Serve over tortilla chips, top with cheese,lettuce and tomatoes.
Round Steak CrockPot Style
2 pounds of round steak (at least 1/2 inch thick)
2 onions sliced thin
4-6 potatoes peeled and cut itno 1/4's
1-2 cans of french style green beans
1 1 pound can of tomatoes
1 8oz. can of tomato sauce
garlic salt to your taste
salt to your taste
black pepper to your taste
Season the round steak lightly, then cut it into pieces. Place the cut up round steak into a crock pot, add the onions,potatoes,and the green beans.
Top with the tomatoes and the tomato sauce.
Cook on low for 10-12 hours or until tender.
Baked Spaghetti For A Crowd
16 ounces of spaghetti
4 pounds of ground beef
2 large onions,chopped
1 green pepper,chopped
1 pound of shredded cheddar cheese
2 10 1/2 ounce cans of cream of mushroom soup
4 10 1/2 ounce cans of tomato soup
1 quart of milk
Break the spaghetti into 3 inch pieces and drop into boiling water;cook until desired doneness and drain. In a large dutch oven cook the ground beef, onion, and pepper uintil tender; drain off any grease. Add the soups, milk and 2 cups of the cheese. Divide the spaghetti into two 9x13 pans and stir in half the mixture into each pan. Sprinkle both pans with the remaining cheese and bake uncovered in a 350 degrees oven for about 1 hour or until hot.
