Joining the Scream banner exchange program is absolutely free. To get your website's banner rotated here at Scream: Sites to Die For, you only need to follow a few simple guidelines:

1. Site must be Scream-related, with no nudity.
2. Banner must be 468x60.
3. Keep banner to a reasonably fast-loading file size.
4. A link back to this page should be included on your site.
