It has been nearly five years since audiences were first entertained by the suspenseful, ironic, and witty writing of Kevin Williamson. With Scream, Williamson's first film venture, the slasher genre was brought back to life after years of straight-to-video "B" movies. With a hot young cast and horror legend Wes Craven in the driver's seat, the low-budget film topped the $100 million mark at the box office, and thrilled movie patrons worldwide.

This proved to not only be a one time fluke. Williamson had a plan from the very beginning to reinvent slasher films with a trilogy. Not just one, but three chapters to a terrifying story. After the release of the first film, Scream fan sites began popping up all over the net. From the one-page homage to the elaborate trilogy site, fans have been outspoken in their love for the movie.

With so many websites, it can be hard to distinguish one from the other. Here you will find an extensive listing to browse through. Hopefully, you will find your favorite Scream site with the help of this page. If you would like to add your site to this listing, send an e-mail to Tiffany Scuro.

Scr3am.net
Maintained by Megan Anderson
Content:     Design:     Originality:
One of the oldest Scream-themed websites on the internet, Megan continues to bring us some of the best multimedia content available. Rumors are hardly ever posted, keeping the information as trust-worthy and factual as possible.

Scream Trilogy
Maintained by MorbidMuch
Content:     Design:     Originality:
Morbid finds information as fast as you can say "kill." Amuse yourself with subsections for Stab, the film-within-the-film, as well as the soon-to-be-released spoof, Scary Movie. While informative, rumors are not uncommon to the site.

The Definitive Scream 3 Page
Maintained by Craig Guiboche and Bjørn Erik Hundland
Content:     Design:     Originality:
Breathtaking design makes this site one of the best of it's kind on the internet. Dedicated only to the last film in the trilogy, you can find just about anything you need regarding the movie. Hard-core Scream 3 fans will have a ball here.

Still Screaming
Maintained by Lee Kelleher and Ben Taylor
Content:     Design:     Originality:
Would you like to play a game? Still Screaming is all about killing time (and possibly a few brain cells) with more goodies than you can shake a stick at. From the gallery of Scream-related software to Father Death's desktop, you're sure to have a ball.

A Tribute to Scream
Maintained by Eric
Content:     Design:     Originality:
The Tribute stands apart from the other fan pages with it's simple-yet-attractive design, proving that sometimes less is more. Easy to navigate, and chock full of information and original eye candy, the site should be on every Scream fans "to do" list.

Scream4-TheMovie.com
Maintained by Josh Schmidt
Content:     Design:     Originality:
The first large Scream 4 fan site has a nice design that is pretty easy to navigate. Although many people do not want to see this movie made, if it will be, you can be sure to find all the information you need here.

Stu Macher's Garage
Maintained by PacifcSnwr
Content:     Design:     Originality:
Definitely one of the oldest Scream sites in memory, the garage has been a leading source of Scream-related goodies for years. Now going through a major (and unfortunately, crippling) overhaul, more content should be coming soon.

Kev's Scream Page
Maintained by Kevin McKernan
Content:     Design:     Originality:
Not exactly the prettiest out there, Kev's site is most notable for the "Scream Saver" and downloadable game. If it's pictures you're looking for, this is not the place. However, it's great for those who want to have a screaming good time (pardon the pun).

Scream.Web
Maintained by Ken McGuire
Content:     Design:     Originality:
With a crisp design, Scream.Web is an overall enjoyable web page. Although the picture galleries aren't the largest or clearest, and the information can tend to be recycled, what's there should be enough to tide over moderate fans.

Scream Trilogy Headquarters
Maintained by Swingerrrr
Content:     Design:     Originality:
"You can run, but you can't hide" from this most colorful of fansites. Swingerrrr has included a cemetary for all the gruesome details of each death, and boasts a nice little nook for fan fiction. Be sure to check out the intriguing "e-mail the characters" section.

The Ultimate Scream 3 Site
Maintained by SebValmont
Content:     Design:     Originality:
Nice looking website dedicted only to the third chapter of the Scream series. Great, original front image, and good information if you are only hungering for a Scream 3 fix. Clean-cut design and content. Fun "Please Explain?" section.

Scream Central
Maintained by The Entertainment Emporium
Content:     Design:     Originality:
Not-bad Scream trilogy site with easy to access side tables and good amount of information. Subpages for each character, and promotional stills from the movies (no screen captures here). Good multimedia collection.

Scream: An Anthology
Maintained by Patrick Dunne
Content:     Design:     Originality:
Paddy has created a few interesting Blair Witch-style graphics for the site, and has collected a good amount of information to buff up each subpage. The question remains, however: Why is it listed in the romance section of AcmeCity?

Dewey's Webpage
Maintained by Andria
Content:     Design:     Originality:
How cute! If you are a fan of David Arquette's lovable character, Deputy Dwight "Dewey" Riley, you'll get a big kick out of this little tribute. Bop along to the music and cruise through the Dewey-ized galleries and quotes.

The Scream Zone
Maintained by Gemma Seddon
Content:     Design:     Originality:
At first glance The Zone looks impressive, but it's content is actually quite weak. Pictures are only available of Drew Barrymore, Sarah Michelle Gellar, and David Arquette. The site has not been updated since March 2, 1999.

Scream Trilogy Webpage
Maintained by RockyR and GDC
Content:     Design:     Originality:
One of the newest Scream fansites to hit the internet, the webmasters have filled the site with information on all three movies, as well as the film makers. Small photo galleries and sound clips (divided by scene).

Alan & Jessie's Scream Site
Maintained by Alan and Jessie
Content:     Design:     Originality:
After three years online, the Scream trilogy site is going under renovations. Picture galleries contain some nice stills, and the sound clips are fun. Extra originality points are given for the nifty little postcards.

Scream Movies
Maintained by Stabwmaster
Content:     Design:     Originality:
Small fan site with only raw facts about each Scream film. Contains a list of death scenes that answers the "how" as well as the "why." The image galleries are small, as well as the actual pictures, but still cover many of the scenes.

Make You Scream
Maintained by Shane Broughton
Content:     Design:     Originality:
Not the largest (or prettiest) of the Scream trilogy fan sites, but features enough material about the movies to tide over the curious. Shane his included his own Scream 3 script, as well as a theory that there was a third killer in the first two films.

All About Scream
Maintained by Julie
Content:     Design:     Originality:
Easy to navigate and read layout, yet hasn't been updated since June of 1999. If you have a slow computer, Julie has included text-only pages. The main highlight of the webpage is the funny "Ghostface Sightings" section.

The Last Scream
Maintained by Joey
Content:     Design:     Originality:
Scream 3 site that includes a good-sized gallery (although not always the clearest and largest of images). Not updated since January 3 (which was also the grand opening), Joey says Stab section are coming soon.

Pat's Scream Page
Maintained by Pat
Content:     Design:     Originality:
Cute little Scream trilogy fan site with my favorite blood dripping decorative bars. Great for Courteney Cox fans, as the site boasts a gallery dedicated solely to her. Scary Movie, the Scream spoof, has a section coming soon.

It's All Just One Big Scary Movie
Maintained by Scremie
Content:     Design:     Originality:
Last updated in June of 1998, this site -- dedicated to the whole trilogy - has the basic information, as well as a few interesting features. "Screamers Revenge" looks fun, and the site covers many of the Scream awards and premieres in depth.

Randy's Scream 2 Site
Maintained by RandyScream
Content:     Design:     Originality:
The webmaster of this Scream 2 fan site was kind enough to post on the front page that it is no longer being updated. Randy inspired songs are a hoot, and there is a fair amount of info. Reasonably-sized gallery contains blurry pictures.

The Scream Movies
Maintained by AgntCue
Content:     Design:     Originality:
Small Scream trilogy webpage. Features a "Sounds" page that rotates the sound files every now and then. Non-thumbnailed galleries contain stills that cover enough of the scenes. "Rumors" section is old and very, very false.

Sylvie's Scream Webpage
Maintained by Sylvie
Content:     Design:     Originality:
A tribute to only the first Scream, Sylvie's site has a cute little quiz that may be of interest. Information includes a list of deaths, Randy's rules, and an interesting "Secrets" section that lists bloopers and ad-libs.

Father Death's Ultimate Scream 2
Maintained by ?
Content:     Design:     Originality:
The site misuses frames, but it's not too annoying. Besides the frame issue, there actual is a good amount of information, including a quiz, tidbits, quotes, and a breakdown of the trailer. Lots of info, but fluff nonetheless.

Scream Mania
Maintained by theofun
Content:     Design:     Originality:
Not only for Scream 3, the site also contains pages for the first two movies. Small gallery has no thumbnails, but isn't too much of a pain to load. Many "broken" images and lack of eye candy can make surfing the site a drag.

Matt's Scream Page
Maintained by Matthew Carrall
Content:     Design:     Originality:
Long neglected site features three galleries for Scream promotional stills, and one for screen shots from the movie. Scream 2 section has been abandoned since October 1998, with only a few magazine snippets.

Scream Fan Club
Maintained by JJ
Content:     Design:     Originality:
Hard to read but cute little fan site for those who want to chat with other young Scream fans. Nothing to see if you don't want to become a member. Includes trivia and a Scream chat room for your enjoyment.

Aaron Cooper's Scream
Maintained by Aaron Cooper
Content:     Design:     Originality:
Small Scream fan site with a collection of pictures and sound clips. Basically everything on the page can be found on the much-larger websites. Site seems to have been neglected since the summer of 1999.

Ready to Scream?
Maintained by Sarvesh Pershad
Content:     Design:     Originality:
Full of fluff content, Sarvesh hasn't updated the site since January 1999. There isn't much need, however, as it is only a page for the first movie. If you are only interested in Scream, this page may be an entertaining visit.

World of Scream
Maintained by GeekRandy
Content:     Design:     Originality:
Eye pleasing, clean-cut site has not been updated since December of 1998. Four of the six sections do not work (and probably never will, judging by the time lapse). Almost every page that does open states that information is coming soon.

The Unofficial Scream 2 Website
Maintained by Scream
Content:     Design:     Originality:
The webmaster presumable stopped working on this Scream 2 page after the release of the movie. There is nothing about the first or third films, and the page is full of broken links (In fact, I didn't find one that worked).

Scream Forever
Maintained by Tony
Content:     Design:     Originality:
This fan site for the entire Scream trilogy includes quotes, cast lists, and small plot summaries for each movie. While the picture gallery is a reasonable size, there are no thumbnails. Good selection of greeting cards to send on the internet.

The Scream Trilogy
Maintained by Tony
Content:     Design:     Originality:
The Scream 2 section is the only really developed part of the site with a small gallery. Scripts and the webmaster's reviews are also available. The Scream mask offer has expired, and the site appears to have not been updated since 1998.

Not Scared, Are Ya?
Maintained by Suzi Logan
Content:     Design:     Originality:
Site houses a good little Scream and Scream 2 trivia quiz. Neither photography galleries work (the links are either dead or mis-typed), but the quote section (divided by character) is reasonably large.

Cal_52's Scream Page
Maintained by Cal_52
Content:     Design:     Originality:
Fan site contains small cast list (names only), and a very dated third killer theory (Cal refers to Scream 2 as Scream: The Sequel. Script is a transcription, not the real deal. Plot section is only two and a half lines long, and a trivia/goofs section is said to be coming soon.

Hello, Sidney!
Maintained by Max Stognev
Content:     Design:     Originality:
Under construction (but for how long?), this page features one to two images of each main character from Scream, and scripts from all three movies. The supposed real Scream 3 script is an obvious fake.

Scrubby's Scream Site
Maintained by Scrubby
Content:     Design:     Originality:
One page for each Scream film. Small plot summary and a few pictures. Also includes a snippet from Fangoria Magazine. Not updated since before the opening of the third movie. Subpage of "Scrubby's Hell."

Samantha's Scream 2 Site
Maintained by Samantha Panayiotou
Content:     Design:     Originality:
More of a personal site than a Scream 2 fan site, the page features only five small pictures from the movie and a short plot summary. Sound clips from the film (and soundtrack) play on each page. A domain name doesn't always mean a great site.

Keep Screaming
Maintained by Swttooth
Content:     Design:     Originality:
This one page Scream fansite only contains a list of main characters and the actors who played them in the movie. Two line plot summary is the only bit of information you will find on this page: No pictures or multimedia at all.

This website best viewed in Internet Explorer 4.0 or higher (Netscape fine), with a screen resolution of 800x600 and 32 bit color.
The webpage may not look right without the arial font, and is optimized for both Microsoft and Mac OS systems.
