dAnIeL has recently released his new album "Intimate" and went to Taiwan to do his promotions for it. At the radio station, daniel was shocked at the questions fans called in to ask. dAnIeL said that Taiwan fans are more daring than HK fans. They actually called in to ask where would dAnIeL prefered to be kissed by girls, is he a virgin. Such intimate questions rendered him helpless, and thought for a very long time before answering," As long as we are close, being kissed anywhere would be alright. This is the theory, and does not matter if there is practical experience."
About whether he is still a virgin, dAnIeL couldn't answer it at the spot. After thinking about it the whole night, at the press conference yesterday, he finally said that "I may be a Virgo, but not a male version of it. (Virgo is a she in chinese)"
After being popular in Taiwan swiftly, dAnIeL also had a price to pay. Besides answering the intimate questions, at fan gatherings there, dAnIeL was often "molested"- being touched on the butt.dAnIeL said that when he turns to see who was it, he only meet up with smiling and friendly faces of the fans. There is no chance to know and he felt as if he has no respect as a singer.
At yesterday's conference, dAnIeLrevealed his longing to be in love. Because he is already 22, and he would feel envious everytime he sees his frens with their girlsfrens while he has only his work. So for this album, he put down 3 wishes..he hope that he can fall in love, do his best for the movies, and being able to sleep and get up without anyone waking him. dAnIeL said he is so busy that he doesn't have time for sleep. In Taiwan, his room key was taken away so that the next morning someone would get him up the next morning. He misses the times where he could sleep for 10 hours straight.

DaNiEl is a Virgo but not a Vigin
dAnIeL faced many embarrassing questions asked by his taiwanese fans when he did a promotion there. With his height and good looks, dAnIeL has charmed many young girls. Once he is out in public view, some would grab his wrist and some would touch his butt!
With his second album "Intimate", fans wanted to get to know him better, so they called into the radio station, "15,16 year-olds, yet asking questions that put a 22 year-old at a loss!" As said by dAnIeL. So is he a virgin? dAnIeL awkwardly shielded his eyes with his hands and let out a exclaimation. After silent for a minute, he shyly answered that he is definitely a Virgo(female) but definitely not a Virgo(male).
Actually with dAnIeL's age, he must have had some experience with love. Someone teased him that he could get a "freelancer" girlfriend, but dAnIeL hurriedly waved his hands and protested. "No way, no way, my girlfriend should be 'inhouse'". dAnIeL's innocence can be seen from here.
Once dAnIeL stepped into the entertainment biz, he worked hard in his singing. He fears rumours the most, so he strictly would not lunch or have dinner alone with a girl. The recording company has been with dAnIeL for sometime and they found dAnIeL very pure and innocent in area of love. So they guessed that dAnIeL should be a Virgin. But dAnIeL refused to reveal anything. Guess after the fans' bold question of is he a virgin, dAnIeL would want to ask someone in confidentiality of the same age but not in the entertainment biz if guys at this age who remains a virgin is something shameful.

DaNiEl presented a Titanic Jigsaw Puzzle to......
In a bid to welcome a newly signed on Lee Si Min to Polygram, dAnIeL presented a little gift to her. That little gift turns out to be a Titanic jigsaw puzzle. dAnIeL said that he knows she likes this film alot, watching it for about 4 times already, therfore he thought of this gift for her.

dAnIeL was consistently rubbing his eyes at a news conference yesterday because when he dabbed on his makeup this morning, he accidentally brush across his eye, so it was irritating him. But he insisted that it is nothing serious.
dAnIeL do not have a makeup artist with him now coz he feels that as a guy, it should be easy to handle it. Further, it drains his earnings, taking about a few hundred thousand dollars. Plus he is quite apt with makeup now, and can do it in 3 minutes.
dAnIeLconfesses that his skin is pretty unusual. If used to expensive products of high qualities, he would get spots. If they were cheaper, of lower qualities, he would not have any problem. When asked if he would take up commercials for skin products, he said that for cleanser and stuff he wouldn't mind as long as it is not too girly.

Yesterday, dAnIeL attended a function which is to encourage kids to have more confidence in themselves and make full use of thier talents. Though so, it seemed more like dAnIeL's gathering with his fans. Asked about what expectations does dAnIeL have of his new mandarin album in Taiwan, he laughed and said that Polygram is greedy. The other time they are able to get the moon now they want the sun. So does he think he can get it? dAnIeL replied that the distance of the stars varies, he just hoped that he won't disappoint the company.
dAnIeL attracted a lot of fans yesterday and there were girls wearing short skirts and leaning over the railings to watch him. When dAnIeL heard about it, his first reaction was that he didn't watch properly and laughed, adding that he won't look up as it will distract him.
dAnIeL's new canto song, "One thousand years" is widely broadcasted over radios and hitting the top of the charts which made him very happy. He said that because the song was so popular, the company is getting more advertisements for it.
Yesterday's plan for barbeque with dAnIeL and his fans was called off due to bad weather. dAnIeL said that he have not been with his HK fans for a long time and there haven been questions by them if he had a girlfriend in Taiwan.
dAnIeL also received a pirated VCD from his fans in China. The contents of the VCD is not any of dAnIeL's MTV but of sexy girls. dAnIeL was pretty helpless about it. He said that in China it's difficult for his fans to get the real thing so he can understand.

When dAnIeL arrived the function as a guest star from the car, he was mobbed by fans who tried to get close to him. The fans were coming on so strong that they knocked down one of the security guards and several fans fell too. Thankfully, the guard immediately got on his feet and continue protecting dAnIeL.
But when it's time for dAnIeL to leave, the same thing happened. The fans surrounded dAnIeL and only in the midst of the confusion that dAnIeL was able to get in the car but when the door was shut hurriedly, a security guard's hand was caught in it.
About the above matter, dAnIeL said that it has always been the same. Must get everyone to learn how to balance, look at me. I'm am always steady. heeheee..

dAnIeLinvited his teacher Tai to attend the concert where dAnIeL was performing and he dedicated a song to him as well a presented a CD to his teacher. dAnIeL said since he stepped into the entertainment biz, his teacher is always there for him so i'm taking the chance to say thank you to him now!"
Tai took time off his schedule to attend this concert and probably becoz he is too tired, when dAnIeL was performing he yawned. This moment was caught by the cameras and the crowd laughed.

At yesterday's performance at the above mentioned function, dAnIeL presented a souvienour CD to his teacher, Tai Sichung, thanking him for his teachings for the past few years. dAnIeL said that he invited Tai to be at the function is not because of trying to clear up anything because he feels that there is no such need.
When Tai first saw dAnIeL, he complimented on his new hairstyle. He told the reporters that he hoped dAnIeL will continue working hard, concentrating on his work. Asked if he approves of dAnIeL dating, he said with a laugh that even if dAnIeL wants to, he has not time.
When dAnIeL heard the question, he laughed. "My teacher won't be able to say anything . Coz i'm already 20 odd, dating is up to me. But the one i date will not have any sense of security due to my work."

dAnIeLis taking part in a function that has to do with education and he will be singing the main song for it. He said that the song is dedicated to his teacher, Tai Sichung. He knows that Tai loves the duck's tongue from Taiwan, so he bought 10 boxes for him. The reporter asked if he is trying to use action to dismiss the rumours, dAnIeL said of course not! Tai is his teacher, so it is a form of respect.
dAnIeL's commercial original female-co-star , was dropped out later. dAnIeL said that he did not know of this when he was looking for his co-star but he said it might just be a misunderstanding, and he did not want to comment because he doesn't want to deepen the misunderstanding.

dAnIeL has recently permed his hair which he remarked is an attempt to look younger. He has also made a commercial for jeans which last year sought Leon Lai to filmed the commercial for the same company. When asked if dAnIeL is trying to replace Leon in any way, dAnIeL said immediately that it is not true, the company just wants another new image, it has nothing to do with Leon. It is a matter of image.
dAnIeL met Leon in Canada a few days ago and Leon took the initiative to come up to him and say that dAnIeL did a good job of the advertisement and even shared his experiences of his concerts so that dAnIeL can take reference to them.
When asked if Polygram is trying to be the 2nd Leon Lai, dAnIeL said that this is very sensitive. The company cannot actually do what they want coz it has alot to do with factors around too. Maybe because he is in the same company as Leon so a lot of people says that but there can't be a replacement in the entertainment biz, and the most important thing is to keep trying to break new grounds.
dAnIeL just came back from Taiwan yesterday. The recent plane crash in Taiwan has not affected him, he says. He won't be afraid. Once the airplane that he was in met with turbulence but he was calm unlike those around him. He says that he can't think much about this matters. Unless he felt that the plane is not safe enough,he will go for it.

The original female co-star of the , said that she was disappointed being unable to work with dAnIeL because of clashes with her schedule. dAnIeL has also said that he did chose Fiona from the pictures with the crew.
The commercial, which featured Leon last year but daniel this year has led to the question of whether dAnIeL is trying to replace Leon. This to which dAnIeL protests saying that the company asked him to film it, not because he is trying to be seen as replacing Leon.
dAnIeL has just came back from Taiwan, filming his new mandarin's song MTV. About the airplane crash in Taiwan, dAnIeL said that he always never paid attention to the stewardess, never buckles his safety belt but on a plane a few days ago, he did. The female lead in the MTV is Fiona, and dAnIeL cheekily said that next time he will get a black person to do it.

For his commercial with the , the director requested dAnIeL to take off his shirt and revealed his bare chest!(Gosh!) And with a thin body built when he first appeared in the entertainment scene, daniel has now a body much to be admired...
No wonder that the crew wowed at him when he was filming, and he couldn't resist telling the director that if they didn't take good shots of is body, they will let him down. dAnIeL has a habit of working out and when asked if he spent a lot of time in the gym to get these results, he laughed and said that he has such a good body now becoz he is going through pubery again, so the muscles grew!
dAnIeL was uncomfortable baring his chest under the lights and remarked that it seemed he is making a RA movie.

DaNiEl's shooting his MTV on Valentine's Day
The day dAnIeL filmed his MTV was freezing cold in Taiwan. Despite this, he still has to deal with the extremities of the change in feelings for the scene, which dAnIeL felt was a challenge. Especially when fans started to recognise dAnIeL, they screamed and surrounded him, slowing down his work. But because it was V-Day, he was happy to have his fans wishing him well.
dAnIeL has worked with this director for his "The heart already knows" MTV and a commercial, so dAnIeL trusts him alot. There were alot of props this time and dAnIeL was very into the role where he frees some doves. And the most special scene was the part when feathers and leaves falling on dAnIeL. He was doing his best in the heavy rain, while the others were trying to get the feathers and leaves to blow in the right direction. After the shoots, dAnIeL politely thanked all.

DaNiEl's Commercial
dAnIeL took over Leon Lai's "USA Cotten" commercial from last year. To fit into the casual, fresh look, dAnIeL made a painful decision to cut his hair. And the day where dAnIeL filmed by the beach, he wore only a t-shirt and jeans under the sun from morn till sunset at temperature of less than 10 degrees.There is also a rain-drenched scene. Although dAnIeL was cold to the bone, he did not feel that it was tough.
dAnIeL laughingly said that the director wanted him to be bold and unbuttened the top button of his jeans. And he even unbuttoned it personally for dAnIeL! dAnIeLwas asked if he felt pressurised that Leon Lai did the commercial last year, he said not, coz Leon did a fast number for this, while dAnIeL did a slow one. The style is different, to each his own.

dAnIeL has recently completed a 's commercial which will be broadcasted in March. For this commercial, dAnIeL has trimmed his long hair to complement the active, natural and casual look.

In his new commercial project with the "Cotton USA" (a jeans commercial), dAnIeL has the chance to choose his female co-star and chose a 15 year-old, Fiona who is a model with mixed blood. Her parents are chinese and Australian.
The storyline in the commercial is that dAnIeL has secrectly admired a female collegue and often takes her pictures without her knowledge. Whether they will be a couple is not revealed in the commercial but the ending will be in dAnIeL 's new mandarin song MTV. And indded they will be togeher with scenes of kissing and hugs.
For this commercial, dAnIeL has emerged with a new hairstyle! But he was rather nervous about it and kept asking those around him if it looked alrite. He said that he was worried others may not be able to accept his change but thankfully those commented said it was nice and he was satisfied too.
The commercial will be shown in March in both Taiwan and Hongkong. And it was said that dAnIeL 's cheque is about HK$600, 000. But the recording company said that the figures cannot be revealed though they admitted that dAnIeL got paid for around 7 digits.

dAnIeL was filming his commercial in light clothing when it began to rain heavily, temperature dropping to about 8-10 degrees celcius. And he needs to take a scene of himself being drenched but despite the cold weather, dAnIeL had no complaints and retains his usual chirpiness, fooling around the set.

At this award presentation (Sorry I dunno what) where an award category was cancelled at the last minute, bursting dAnIeL's bubble of hope of getting it was seen yesterday. When asked about it , he said it does not matter if he did get it or not, though he was a little disappointed, but he was fine with or without it. And he resolved to work harder.
dAnIeL said that he won't be placing much attention to awards becoz as a singer, it is not all about them. He is only 24 and there is alwiz a next year. About his earlier mandarin album that received lots of commendations, he said it as nothing to do with sales nor lack of promotional gimmicks. But that the fact it has exceed his expectations is a very big encouragement for him.

Recently a Hollywood production has offered dAnIeL and nicholas a chance to audition for a role in the film. Nicholas joked: Hope that the movie has roles for two brothers. So that there was no need to fight.

Besides Liang Hanwen, dAnIeL is also one of the unfotunate ones and left in the middle of the function.
Yesterday, with confirmation from the spokesman, dAnIeL left in the middle of the function but it is because he has to go and attend a meeting with the boss. Although it was never ascertained that dAnIeL has won an award, but with the performance of dAnIeL's work and efforts, it was hinted so. But the change left everyone surprised. dAnIeL was more or less unhappy about it but the spokesman insisted that there won't be anything serious as they won't fall out because of one more or less of an award and it is a small matter.
