Gems Studios - 1223 N. 23rd St. This is
where all the studio sets for the show, such as
Dawson's room, the interior of Capeside High, and
the production offices are located. Since this is
a working studio, it cannot be toured during the
week, but it can be toured on the weekend. Check here for details.

Screen Play Video (closed down,

The Rialto (only the front is
still there, but you can't miss it) - right near

The Fountain - right across from
the Riverwalk
The Bridge (that you always see
across the creek and in some previews)...well you
can see that from the Riverwalk. Just look to
your left.
The Water Street Restaurant (aka Leery's)
- 5. Water Street...Also right in front of the
Riverwalk.
The Information Booth on the River Front
- Also on Water Street. This is where they go to
vending places. Like when they had the Regatta.
Jacoby Warehouse - This kinda
ties in with Leery's. It is right there beside it.
Mollye's Market - 118 Princess

New Hanover High School - 1307
Market Street (this is what was the front of
Capeside High when it first aired.
Elsewhere
in Wilmington:
University
of North Carolina at Wilmington - this
is out on College Street...you can't miss it.
Alderman Hall serves as the front of the high
school now.
Where Joey and Pacey First Kissed
- If you turn on Oleander from S. College Rd.,
and you'll keep going until you come to a
stoplight that is Airlie Rd., you turn right on
Airlie Rd. and as you're going down the Airlie Rd.
you'll see a real sharp left turn. There's an
area of grass just after the turn, that's where
he pulled over, and you can see Wrightsville
Beach in the background, and the water from the
Intercoastal Waterway.
