Where are some good "Dawson's Creek" related sights in Wilmington?

Downtown:

Screen Gems Studios - 1223 N. 23rd St. This is where all the studio sets for the show, such as Dawson's room, the interior of Capeside High, and the production offices are located. Since this is a working studio, it cannot be toured during the week, but it can be toured on the weekend. Check here for details.

Roy's Riverboat Landing - 2 Market Street

Joey's Wall - Right across from the Reel Cafe

Screen Play Video (closed down, but still there) - 212 N. Front Street

The Rialto (only the front is still there, but you can't miss it) - right near Screen Play

Thalian Hall - Corner of 3rd Street and Chestnut

The Icehouse - 115 S. Water Street

The Riverwalk - Runs down Water Street

The Fountain - right across from the Riverwalk

The Bridge (that you always see across the creek and in some previews)...well you can see that from the Riverwalk. Just look to your left.

The Water Street Restaurant (aka Leery's) - 5. Water Street...Also right in front of the Riverwalk.

The Information Booth on the River Front - Also on Water Street. This is where they go to vending places. Like when they had the Regatta.

Jacoby Warehouse - This kinda ties in with Leery's. It is right there beside it.

Mollye's Market - 118 Princess Street

New Hanover High School - 1307 Market Street (this is what was the front of Capeside High when it first aired.

Elsewhere in Wilmington:

University of North Carolina at Wilmington - this is out on College Street...you can't miss it. Alderman Hall serves as the front of the high school now.

Where Joey and Pacey First Kissed - If you turn on Oleander from S. College Rd., and you'll keep going until you come to a stoplight that is Airlie Rd., you turn right on Airlie Rd. and as you're going down the Airlie Rd. you'll see a real sharp left turn. There's an area of grass just after the turn, that's where he pulled over, and you can see Wrightsville Beach in the background, and the water from the Intercoastal Waterway.
