Jamie has been living in a children's home recovering from that terrifying night a year ago, but suddenly she can feel him. She can almost see him. It's not long before Jamie realizes that Michael Myers has survived, and before long, he'll be coming for her.

The town of Haddonfield hasn't forgotten the name Michael Myers, and everyone knows that Jamie is his niece. To make matters worse, the citizens of Haddonfield are aware that Jamie tried to kill her stepmother a year ago. They are afraid that the Halloween massacre will start all over again with Jamie. She now has a bond with her uncle and with her physic ability to know when and where her uncle will strike next, Jamie must join forces with Dr. Loomis to again face the man who has invaded her dreams and her life, in hopes to finally put an end to Michael Myers.
