DIRECTOR/PRODUCER
Jian Hong Kuo has worked internationally as a theatre designer
since 1988. In L.A. she has art directed for commercials, television and
feature film, including the upcoming They Come At Night.
In 1998, she directed the T.V. movie Agong Bak Kut Teh (Grandpa's
Meat Bone Tea) that won Best Telefeature at the Singapore International
Film Festival. Last year, she produced Sammyville,
an independent film that is being distributed by Creative Light Worldwide.
Dog Story marks her feature film directorial debut.
WRITER/PRODUCER/LEAD
Adam Golomb holds a degree in Theater Arts from the University
of Iowa and a Law degree from DePaul University in Chicago. A screenwriter
for several years, Adam began working in feature films with the independent
project Sammyville
in which he served as script supervisor, assistant producer and as an
actor in the role of Shovel Guy. Currently, he is developing a reality-based
crime feature that he will produce and direct in Chicago in late 2000.
PRODUCER
Christopher Hatton received his MFA in Playwriting from the
prestigious Iowa Playwrights Workshop. His writing highlights include
episodes of Star Trek: The Next Generation and a screenplay
for martial arts star Jackie Chan. Current projects include: developing
the true African adventure "Elephant Soldier" for National
Wildlife Productions, as well as a television series based on wildlife
game wardens for NWP, and the sci-fi thriller Orpheus Rising
for Graham/Rosenzweig Films. Last year, he co-wrote and directed the independent
film, Sammyville.
DIRECTOR
OF PHOTOGRAPHY
Patrick Neary has shot film and video projects for national
and international clients including Turner Entertainment, Atlantic Records,
and Microsoft. He recently served as DP for the second season of the nationally
syndicated television series Critter Gitters, along with
other independent features, music videos, commercials and documentaries.
Neary began his career as a photojournalist, shooting assignments for
the Associated Press, USA Today, New York Newsday, SPIN Magazine, Mother
Jones and other national publications.
COMPOSER
Jonathan Price has scored the films Rustin (Meat
Loaf), Sammyville
(Chase Masterson), Decay (Robert Z'dar), Vampire Night,
Vampires of Sorority Row, and Merchants of Death.
His music for television can be seen on PAX TV, the Discovery Channel,
and the fX Network. He is a recent graduate of the acclaimed USC film
scoring program and was the score coordinator for Rounders,
Urban Legend, Love Songs, Entrapment,
and Stigmata.
EDITOR
Christopher L. Walter has cut television promos for all the
major studios from NBC, CBS, ABC, to Paramount, Rysher, King World, and
WB. Christopher's feature credits include Dog Story, Elvis
Took a Bullet, James Dean: American Legend, and
he is currently editing Another Bobby O'Hara Story starring
Ardal O'Hanlan.
LINE
PRODUCER
David Alger Schulz began learning the art of independent filmmaking
after moving to Los Angeles in 1997, working as an Assistant Director
and Coordinator. His recent Line Producer credits include Dog Story
and the Art Altounian film Closing The Deal. Dave is currently
writing his second screenplay, a romantic comedy entitled "Once
A Day", as well as developing a socioeconomic comedy to be filmed
in his hometown of Buffalo, NY.
LEAD
Maria Cina professional career has spanned several aspects
of performing. Traveling the world as a dancer, she has performed with
such artists as Prince and Reba McEntire. Her theatrical performances
include: Hermia in "A Mid Summer Night's Dream" at the Vanburough
Theater in London, Linda in John Patrick Shandley's "Savage in Limbo"
at the Matrix Theater, Diane in "42nd Street", Frenchy in "Grease",
and Alkemena in "Amphitryon 38." Television credits include guest
starring roles on Seinfeld, 3rd Rock From The Sun,
Beverly Hills 90210, Wings, Sparks,
Good News, Perversions of Science (HBO),
and Bloodhounds Incorporated. Film credits include Brahm
Stoker's Dracula, Vegas Vacation, and The
Mask. Maria will soon be seen in the upcoming films: Blue
Shark Hash, Venice Beach, The Independent
with Jerry Stiller, The Amati Girls with Mercedes Ruehl,
and Gentleman B with Peter Greene.
