Seventeen
After Justin leaves, Colin now has the Bay
Room to himself...not so fast. Amaya has other plans.
Teck's
constant clubbing with his stream of women may just
have caught up with him, when he starts hanging with
Malo, a "new" friend of Ruthie's.
In
an effort to rekindle their romance, Amaya makes
several attempts to get Colin to go out with her.
Colin clearly irritated with this, let's Amaya know.
Matt
and Kaia confront Amaya about how she shouldn't put
up with Colin. Matt tells Amaya, "Quite often
you walk through life weak, foolish, and feeble."
Amaya clearly upset decides to take action for
herself.
In
the van, Amaya takes the initiative and confronts
Colin in front of Kaia and Matt. Colin tired of Amaya's
drama storms out of the van.
Matt,
Colin and Kaia talk of Teck's "Love Triangle."
After
speaking with Ruthie on the phone, Kaia finds out
that Malo, the girl Teck has been seeing is also
dating Ruthie. After learning this, Teck feels he's
slipping says, "I do not want a woman to be my
downfall ever."
After
going skydiving with Matt and Teck, Amaya gains
confidence in herself. With her new found confidence,
Amaya leaves a letter on Colin's bed telling him that
she no longer needs him.
Episode
Eighteen
Ruthie's coming back to the house and Teck
is unsure if she still likes him. It seems that Teck
and Ruthie are seeing the same girl, Malo.
Still
troubled over her breakup with Colin, Amaya has
stopped eating. At lunch, Amaya's friend Pam becomes
concerned. Amaya then tells Pam that after her last
breakup, she couldn't eat for a month.
Ruthie's
back and is greeted with open arms by Colin and Matt.
Amaya however isn't quite as warm. Later Teck is
surprised when he finds out that Ruhie has brought
Malo back to the house with her.
While
Ruthie connects with the rest of the roomies, Malo
faces off with Teck.
Teck,
Malo, Matt, and Ruthie go out dancing. But when Teck
and Malo get "jiggy with it", Ruthies gets
jealous.
Ruthies
confronts Malo back at the house and tells her that
she is being played by Teck.
At
the beach, Ruthie questions Malo. Are they just
friends or more? Malo is having difficulty dealing
with her sexuality. Ruthie only wants the truth about
how she feels. When Malo can't say, they split up.
Later
after helping Malo collect her things from the house,
Ruthie decides that she needs to concentrate on being
herself.
