Every hero needs a nemesis. Typically, it is that nemesis that begins the conflict, by threatening the innocent for his or her own gain. This is true in the world of Power Rangers as well. After ten-thousand years of interstellar peace, Rita Repulsa renewed her attack on Earth, forcing Zordon to select five Power Rangers. And as the seasons progressed, each villain brought his or her own unique arrogance and skills into the fray, determined to eliminate all obstacles once and for all.
