December 4, 1999 Well, a buddy of mine finally showed me where I could get a Jpeg Converter for free, so I downloaded it and discovered that it was perfect for my requirements. Do you know what this means? It means that I can now have pictures displayed on my site! This is very exciting for me. Go ahead and explore my site. You will find a few pictures here and there where there used to be boring old text. Come and send me any really cool Dragon Ball-related pictures that you've drawn on a computer or scanned in. I'll post the pictures if I like them or think they're interesting and not inappropriate. By inappropriate I mean if they wouldn't show it on Japanese DBZ, then it's to vulgar to be shown on my site. Special Note - All of the pictures you see on my site (aside from the Fan Art Gallery) are drawn on a computer paint program by me. I didn't scan them in and make them look... uh... less detailed. I didn't take them from anyone else's site or anything like that. I drew them all myself (while looking at a scene from a DBZ episode). Therefore you do not have my permission to take any of these pictures and put them on your site or give them to other people or anything like that. They are my art. If you do take them I will be forced to send a ravenous pack of readers to your E-mail box to flood it with evil and angry comments. Heh Heh, but you wouldn't do anything like that, would you? So that's the news. only thirteen days left until school's out and Christmas Break's in! Yay! To bad I'll be studying for my finals (yeah, right). Oh well. Merry Christmas! Happy Millenium! See ya'! _____________________________________________________________________________________ November 28, 1999 I have some very important information for you involving the final release dates of uncut DBZ tapes for the last 21 episodes of the 3rd season. Here are the screwey release dates for the episodes:
January 18, 2000 Frieza - Eleventh Hour (4 eps) Garlic Junior - Black Water Mist (3 eps)
February 15, 2000 Frieza - Fall of a Tyrant (4 eps) Garlic Junior - Sacred Water (3 eps)
March 14, 2000 Frieza - Namek's End (3 eps) Garlic Junior - Vanquished (4 eps)
Now, are those release dates crazy or what? I guess FUNimation wants to make sure the people who have already seen the last Frieza episodes will have something to buy when the videos come out (although the uncut episodes are worth buying, even if you have already seen them on Cartoon Network). Here's another piece of info. I did some calculating and figured out that the Garlic Junior Saga will begin on Toonami on Wednesday, December 29, 1999. That is if they have the last 10 episodes dubbed by then, which they probably will. One more thing, I now have a Links page, which can be accessed from my home page. I don't have very many sites listed right now (only four), but I will have more as I find them. _____________________________________________________________________________________
November 27, 1999 Nothing much, just thought I'd let you know that I have now added Vegeta vs. Recoome to the Fights List. Also I thought I'd let you know that I won't be adding pictures for a little while, not until I'm able to get a jpeg converter. If you know where I can find a cheap or free converter, please E-mail me and tell me where. __________________________________________________________________
November 21, 1999 I decided to put a summary of each fight listed on my Fights List. Right now I just have a description of Piccolo vs. Frieza, but soon I will have a description of each of them, as well as pictures to go along with the fights. _____________________________________________________________________________________
November 18, 1999 Well, here's my first update. I just started my page, so it really isn't much to look at right now. All I have up is my personal opinions of the voice cast for the third season of DBZ in America and a listing of episodes and fights. Hang in there! By next year I should have a site that's worth visiting. One of the unique items I will have here will be a gallery of fan art created on computers or scanned in by myself and other people who enjoy drawing the awesome characters from Dragon Ball Z. I hope you people come back in January. Oh! One last little tid-bit of news. The last ten episodes of the third season, the Garlic Junior Saga, will be shown after the Frieza Saga has run itself all the way through for the second time on Cartoon Network. Until then, see ya! |
