Soonger went on vacation July 4 - 31. Where did he go? Where else: the ROC!! Taiwan. I went to "learn" some Mandarin and meet ABCs/CBCs like myself from around the world. It was probably one of the best study/vacations I've ever had! No question, ladies and gentlemen, if you're of Chinese decent, you HAVE TO GO on this trip! Being the sentimental person that I am, I wrote a daily journal logging all the activities and thoughts I had on this once-in-a-lifetime trip. For those of you who were on the trip with me, I hope you can remember the things I've written. Some of my friends here think I'm full of crap. For those of you who know me, this is what I did... more or less. Some things I had to edit out so that the friends I made over there don't KILL me. If you had more to add, say like pictures or stories, please E-MAIL ME. While I was there, I learned the game of MAFIA. I posted the rules-- great game of who can out-bluff whom for any occasion.
