I found this game in a Javascript programming book published by Sams.Net entitled Javascript 1.1 Developer's Guide written by Arman Danesh and Wes Tatters. This is a very good book to buy for all you Javascript programmers out there. It explains a lot of things clearly enough to help you understand, unlike other Javascript programming books.
The object of the game is to remove all the cards by pairing them up with cards of the same number. Have fun with this program!!! :-)
