Welcome to HAL - 2000! HAL is the personal intials of Hallvard Anderssen Løtvedt (me). I started to work on a millenium update late in noverber. I`m very sitisfied with the result of the rearrange. Hope you are to. Hallvard Online dosn`t exist anymore. The blue background and quite self-loving style which it had, has now been replaced by a more neutral style. Now we look to the future, and see billions of stars in front of us. And in the middle of it all, me, Hallvard Anderssen Løtvedt himself. That will from now on be the image of Hallvard Anderssen Løtvedt`s Website (wich is a permanent idetification name of this page).
