Week Two Stats

10/11/02

# of hours in class: 15
# of credits: 16
Album of the week: Matchbox 20 - Yourself or Someone Like You
Song of the week: (tie) "Believe" by Elton John and "back 2 good" by Matchbox 20
Video of the week: "A Change Would Do You Good" by Sheryl Crow
Download of the week: "Shape of My Heart" by Sting (video from "The Professional")
Favorite hangout (on-campus): still the Fishbowl
(off campus): still I-5 (will they ever get shuttle service to Oly?)
Favorite class: Vis.comm.
Favorite professors: my grammar and vis.comm. professors
Highlight of the week: ASUO Street Faire (yes, there are really hippies in Eugene. I got to school and asked myself when I took the wrong turn to San Francisco. At least the campus smelled good!)
One thing I couldn't live without: still my mortar board
Students on campus: impression hasn't changed much; if they drive like they ride bikes, then they must be terrible drivers; haven't killed anyone yet.
More about the riots: nobody can make up their minds who's to blame. Who cares? Just grow up already!
Places I spend the most money: Fred Meyer, Gee's Pizza (the best damn pizza you'd ever eat! Nuff said!)
Call the most: still Mom & Dad, though the emails have increased
Should call more: like, everyone else
Written to most: still Grandma & Grandpa, though lately I've been too busy to send anything to anyone other than bills
Hear from most: still Safeway
Favorite building on campus: still the law building, but I did go to the library the other day & that was sweet; there's heads coming out the top (not real ones)
Least favorite building on campus: McKenzie Hall (God, I hate that scuzzy old building! Reminds of moldy Corbet Hall.)
Best thing about driving to school: still my parking space
Worst thing: not knowing the laws in case I hit a biker and try to blame it on them
Best thing about Eugene: everything's here (except Mervyn's--it's in Albany) and only one hour from the coast
Worst thing: one hour from the coast, ultra-liberal-earthy (Greeners-on-Coke come to mind), four hours from "home" (did I mention one hour from the coast?)
Health: no migraines since July!
Will I survive: Well, I haven't set the stove on fire anymore, so things are looking up.
