Week Four Stats
Week Four Stats
10/25/02
Album of the week: Moody Blues - Classic (import)
Song of the week: Moody Blues - "A Simple Game"
Video of the week: Sting - "Desert Rose"
Download of the week (tie) Moody Blues - "Shadows on the Wall"; The Beach Boys - "Feel Flows"
Hangouts: McKenzie Hall, the Fishbowl, Friendly Hall (I escaped the dreaded confines of I-5--at least so far, I mean, the week's not over yet.)
Favorite Class: still Vis.Comm. & German
Favorite Professors anyone from the J school
Highlight of the week watching the religios protestors get thrown off-campus while they're calling everyone demons, interview with a student group in the J-School, scheduled interview with Housing Office (on Halloween of all days; God help me!)
Couldn't survive without: my mortar board, milk, ice cream and the occasional jaunt home for a dose of Mom's cooking
Students on campus: Greeners plus state employees (WA brand) plus anal-retentives from Centralia College plus the occasional nice person; at least my professors, the people in my TRIG and most of my classmates are nice
Spend the most money:Fred Meyer, Ray's in Veneta (only place between here and Coos Bay that sells Peppermint Ice Cream), 76 Station on Coburg Rd (glad I don't see that bill!)
Calls: Mom & Dad & Sis (plus twice as many emails)
Mail: write the most to Grandma & Grandpa; get the most from anybody wanting me to buy something
Favorite building: Law, Allen Hall, EMU, Knight Library (great view of the cemetery from the 2nd floor)
Least favorite: McKenzie Hall, though having to cross the roof to go to my discussion group is kinda trippy
Best thing about driving to school: my parking place (see, there's advantages to being handi-crapped!)
Worst thing: bikers who can't decide if they're a car or a pedestrian (haven't these people heard of brakes?)
Health: 2 migraines this past week, then I hit my head on my keyboard thingie, then I upchucked this morning (okay, so Vicodin and my eveing meds obviously don't mesh). So, what's next? Is my head going to fall off?
Will I survive: sure, as long as I don't end up flat on my back at Capital Medical Center (oh, the humanity!), not a problem. (I gotta quit having dreams about smoking pot.)
