Summary

After MacLeod's dark quickening, he takes a job on a ship to Le Havre, France. Once there, he beats up the captain and then sleeps with the captain's wife. Methos comes to Le Havre to try to save MacLeod, but MacLeod resists his attempts, threatening to take his head. MacLeod does take Sean Burn's head while Methos watches, helpless to stop him. Methos then leads MacLeod to a long-forgotten mystic spring, which helps MacLeod to defeat the evil inside of him.
