- In
a big bowl, mix marinated meat, sliced onion, and an inch length cut green
onion.
- Cut
carrot into ¼ inch thin round pieces, and cut zucchini ¼ inch thin fan
shape pieces.
- Soak
dried shitake mushroom in warm water for about 15 minutes, and squeeze out
water.
- Cut
mushroom into small pieces.
- In
a wok, place marinated beef in the middle, and place carrot, mushroom,
zucchini around the meat and boil.
- When it
boils, put chopped garlic, salt for taste, and sesame seed oil.
- Place egg yolk n the middle before serve.
