Bulgogi Soup (as a main dish)

Ingredients:

7 oz of thin cut beef marinated with Bulgogi seasoning, ½ onion, two green onion, ½ carrot, ½ zucchini, 4 dried shitake mushroom, chopped garlic, salt, sesame seed oil, one egg yolk

Directions:
  1. In a big bowl, mix marinated meat, sliced onion, and an inch length cut green onion.
  2. Cut carrot into ¼ inch thin round pieces, and cut zucchini ¼ inch thin fan shape pieces. 
  3. Soak dried shitake mushroom in warm water for about 15 minutes, and squeeze out water.
  4. Cut mushroom into small pieces.
  5. In a wok, place marinated beef in the middle, and place carrot, mushroom, zucchini around the meat and boil.
  6. When it boils, put chopped garlic, salt for taste, and sesame seed oil.
  7. Place egg yolk n the middle before serve.
