I prefer spring water but you can drink tap water if you like.***
Lunch
Tuna, Rice, Spinach or a Baked Potato
(not all four...just choose one)
The tuna needs to be without mayo or fatty dressing.
You may use
no fat mayo or lemon juice.(<---My personal favorite.)
As for the Potato....well you can try, no fat/low cal anything.
Drink more water.....yes this is difficult, but it does work.
Dinner
Baked or boiled Skinless Chicken Breast
or
Broiled Fish
or
Spaghetti w/marinara sauce
Green, orange or yellow Veggies (As much as you want....NO Butter or salt)
Boiled Rice (with the fish and chicken)
Tea, Skim Milk or Water
