Comments: Actually didn't set out to do a PR. En-route Shakira came on air. That has always been an omen. Run started with slight confusion because Saturday's timings were still in the chronograph. Didn't want to delete that, so just continued from where I left off Saturday. So that in a way prevented me from knowing what the split times were for this run. The first 2 kms for some reason were kind of blazing, doing sub-7. The next 3 km were average. Then it was panchit time. My quads were kinda on fire by 5 km. Luckily the Demonic Side Stitch didn't mount an offensive, so able to breath ok, maybe because I was already fending off an attack by exhaling noisily before the attack came. Last two km was run at average also. All the time, I think, I was pushing it with a little extra power at every toe-off.

By the way, I must say something positive about consistency. Looking at my training log, consistency is there. Three runs a week except just a few weeks. PR set in every week. Looks like with consistency comes continuous improvement. Good! (give self pat on the back). The best have been the last four runs. Four PRs in a row. A 2k PR, followed by a 10k PR, followed by longest distance PR, followed by 7k PR (give self another pat on the back).
Postrun: Both quads sore. Soles felt ok, heels ok, Achilles just a bit sore only. Later that night, felt really tired, so dozed off at 12am.
Postrun + 1 day: Forgot to take morning heart rate. Hmm... Always forget nowadays. Anyway, feet felt stiff today. Normal lah tu.
Characters: Uncle wearing PBIM2006 t-shirt but jogging weakly. Maybe another wannabe in the making. Jalan2 cari makan lookalike lady, this time no kids with her. Cuti sekolah ended already lah.
