Hmmph! Starting the run I hv still not recovered from the previous LSD. More specific, mein right hamstring still felt sore. So this was supposed to be a slow easy 10k, but right at the start, it seemed that 10k would not be possible. Everything was kinda unsynchronized. Even the choice of mindtune was not suitable. Only in the final 1km changed the mindtune to PCD's "Buttons" and suddenly hey became faster. But the bad synchronicity (wow) was done and the timing reflected it. Really bad timing, can't even beat a sub-50 for 7k, haha.Ended the run feeling nauseous & wanting to hurl. But later a drink of carbonated 100+ took care of that, burped away the feeling, haha. Anyway, this was really a depletion run. |

Postrun +1d: | Right hamstring just a tad twingy (is there such a word?). Today is a rest day. Tomorrow supposed to do a 19-lapper.
