See their website for a list of the gluten free products they carry. They also have their own gluten free bakery in North Carolina. These are usually found in the frozen food section. |

| Trader Joe's is new to the Atlanta market, but is well known in celiac circles in other parts of the country. Stores are now open in Norcross, Marietta, Midtown Atlanta, Roswell & Sandy Springs. A store will soon open in Buckhead.See their website for addresses and maps. They carry a wide variety of gluten free, mostly their own store brand. Their website has a short list of the gluten free products, tells us they carry more gluten free products and that the store has a more complete list. |

Kroger now posts a very limited list of Kroger brand products that are gluten free on their website.The following link will take you to a copy of the Kroger gluten free list. (If this link does not work do a search of www.Kroger.com using "gluten".) Kroger's GF products List Because their list is so limited or to find the gluten free status of any name brand or store brand product at Kroger call 1-866-221-4141 and ask to speak to a nutritionist. The nutritionist's hours are 10am - 3pm, Mon-Fri only, otherwise leave a message and they will get back to you. Have the product name, size and bar code number available. The nutritionist can also tell you if the product contains other allergens, you may be concerned about.THe number of specialty gluten free products, like Pamela's, Enviro Kids, etc varies between stores, so try more than one Kroger to see if they carry what you are looking for. |

The web based Delphi Celiac forum (support group) has been publishing lists of gluten free products for the past couple of years. These lists contain information on products from makeup to canned goods and everything in between. The files are a compilation of products that were verified by celiacs that belong to the forum. Since products change constantly make sure you read labels before using an individual product. The Clan Thompson gluten free product list is available for purchase and downloading.You can buy either a one time only copy or a subscription for periodic updates. The software comes in a number of computer file formats, including PC Windows, MAC OS X, Palm handheld & Pocket PC. The updates are much more frequent than the Delphi list. The Clan Thompson web site not only has the computer based lists for sale, but also shorter length printed books as well. You can also sign up for a free newsletter on the Clan Thompson web site. The Clan Thompson list(s) are an excellent resource and come highly recommended for newly diagnosed celiacs. |
