In order to join the local UM chapter of AMSA, simply fill out the application found here. It is a Microsoft Word Document. You can either click it and open it in your internet browser or right click the link and choose save target as. Either way, print the documnet, fill it out, and submit it at an AMSA meeting or in the prehealth office.
