In order to reduce the fat in the arms, first of all, squeeze your arm muscles by main force with your hand tightly clenched. (See Fig.A) And then, untiing your fist gradually, keep the muscle tension as it is. The important point is that you must not loosen the muscle tension at any time. In order to reduce the fat in the legs, squeeze all the leg muscles by main force, with the feeling of concentrating all the strength of these muscles into the knees. (See Fig.B) And keep always this state. |
