In order to reduce the fat in the cheeks and the chin, squeeze your muscles, which exist from immediately in front of the ears to the tip of the chin and also from the neck to the back side of the jaw, by main force, with the feeling of concentrating all the muscle strength of these areas into the tip of the chin, like the arrows in the Fig.A indicate. If you don't understand this way very well, do as follows.(See the Fig.B) Make your mouth like when you pronounce "e", and squeeze your cheek, jowl, and neck muscles, as tight as you can. Then, keeping the muscle tension as it is, gradually make your mouth back to as it was. |
