High Tech Industry

Developing high tech industry can be difficult and it takes some patience. For instance if you start your city in the year 1900 there is not going to be much high tech industry. I doubt a software studio will pop up out of nowhere. So if you dont want to wait that long then start your city in the year 2000. And even though you have started your city in this year you will still have to wait for other forms of high tech industry to come out. If you didnt already know this is what low tech industry looks like.

And if you follow my advice then maybe your industry can look like this nice and clean.

Now if you get clean industry it will look like this and you still might get those complaints saying that you need more high tech industry so just ignore those complaints I think there a bug or something
