1 pkg Lipton vegetable soup mix
1 Pint sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1 pkg (10oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeeze dry
1 can (8oz) water chestnuts, drained and chopped

In a medium bowl, blend the soup mix, sour cream, mayonnaise and lemon juice. When everything is well mixed, stir in the spinach and the water chestnuts. Chill until needed.
