1 pound pork sausage
1 pound ground beef
2 eggs
3/4 cup cracker crumbs
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
water or milk as necessary to moisten mixture
1 bottle barbeque sauce
Mix together pork, beef, eggs, cracker crumbs and soup mix. If necessary, add a small amount of water or milk to moisten the mixture. Shape into 1 inch balls and brown in a non-stick skillet. Drain the grease and then pour desired amount of barbeque sauce over the meatballs. Partially cover and simmer until done, about 30 minutes. Alternately, arange the meatballs in a sprayed cake pan, cover with sauce and bake in the oven at 350°F for 30 minutes.
