Ingredients:
6 oz. spaghetti, uncooked
2 Tblsp butter
1/3 cup parmesan cheese
2 well beaten eggs
8 oz cottage cheese
1 pound ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup green pepper
1 cup tomatoes, sliced
6 oz. tomatoe paste
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
Cook and drain the spaghetti. Stir in the butter, parmesan cheese and eggs. Form the mixture into a crust in a 10 inch buttered pie pan. Spread the cottage cheese over the crust. Brown the meat, onions and pepper. Stir in the tomatoes, tomato paste, sugar and spices. Heat through then turn into the prepared crust. Bake at 350F for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with mozzarella and bake an additional 5 minutes.
