It is easy to find steak in
restaurants but to find a great steak is not easy. So far, we have yet to find a
great steak in KL.
We find the common denominator of great
steaks are;
· Tender and Aged for 2 to 8 weeks.
· Very juicy, surrounded by its own juice and serve without sauce.
· Serve hot preferable on a hot plate.
· Thick and weight 8 oz (250gm) or more.
· Grain fed.
