Having dinner and being treated
like gold at what may be the best restaurant in Florence,
Cibreo. I dropped the name of a chef in Boulder who
told me to go there, so they just kept serving me
small plates of their "best" dishes. Later
in the week, Peggy (the owner of the cooking school)
took us here for an evening excursion. It was fun
to be recognized when I arrived with the group.
