Weights & Measures

In this section we will endevour to create a series of conversion charts to help with
converting weights measures and temperatures

Conversions are approximate for ease of use who wants to bother working
out the infinitesimal adjustments that are needed for precice conversion
(1lb=0.454kg) When cooking the Golden rule is only use one set of measurements as
they are not interchangeable

400g 14oz 4.5ltr 20 1gallon (8pts)
425g 15oz
450g 16oz (1lb)

I have not included the dry conversions of Cups, tbls (Tablespoons)
and tsp(Teaspoons) here as there is no standard of conversion due to
the varying of density in different foods IE;

Breadcrumbs (dried) 3tbls = 1oz = 25g
Breadcrumbs (fresh) 7tbls = 1oz = 25g

Flour 1 cup = 4oz = 112g
Lentils 1cup = 8oz =225g
